How to Convert Scanned Images to Searchable PDF Documents

Preparation

1. Open Your Favorite Browser.
2. Go to img2go.com
3. Click on “Convert Image to Document”.
4. Click on “Choose File” or You Can Drag and Drop the Image Files Here.
5. Select the Image Files on Your Computer and Click Open.
6. Selected Files Has Been Uploaded.
7. Scroll Down.
8. Under Settings Section, Click on the Drop Down Menu Below “Target Format”.
9. Select “PDF” From the Drop Down Menu.
10. Now, Select the Option That Says “Convert With OCR”.
11. Select the “Source Language of Your File” or You Can Also Use the “Automatic Detection” Option.
12. Under “Optional Settings”, Select the Quality for the Output File.
13. If You Choose “Best Quality” Output File Size Will Also be Larger.
14. Under “Merge” Section. Enable the Checkbox to Merge the Image Files in one Single PDF.
15. Now, Click on the “Start” Button to Begin the Conversion Process.
16. Wait for Few Seconds.
17. That’s it, Conversion is Completed.
18. Click on the “Download” Button Next to the File.
19. Once the Download is Complete, Click on the Arrow Next to the File and Select “Show in Folder“.
20. Double Click on the File to Open it.
21. Click on the “Search Icon” at the Top.
22. Enter a Word You Would Like to Search in this Document.
23. As You Can See, The Word is Being Highlighted.
24. Click Next to Find Multiple Occurrences of the Same Word.
