Preparation
- Open Opera Browser on Your Computer.

- Under “On Startup” Section; Click on the Radio Button That Says, “Open a Specific Page or Set of Pages”.
- Click on “Add a New Page”.
- Type in the URL of the Website That You Want to Set as Home Page.
- For This Example We Will Set Google.com as Our Home Page.
- Click “Add” to Save the Changes.
- Now, Close the Browser Window and Open It Again.
- As You Can See Opera Home Page Has Been Changed to Google.com
