Step by Step Procedure
Preparation
- Open VLC Media Player on Your PC.
- Open the Media File That You Would Like to Watch.
- In the Top Menu Bar, Click on “Playback” Option.
- Click on “Custom Bookmarks” and then Select “Manage” From the Drop Down Menu.
- Now, Drag the Media Pointer to the Correct Time.
- Click on “Create” to Add the Bookmark.
- Drag the Media Pointer Again.
- This Time Press the Shortcut Key “CTRL+B” on Your Keyboard.
- Click on “Create” Again to Add the Second Bookmark.
- Similarly You Can Add More Bookmarks.
- When All the Bookmarks are Set, You Can Close the Dialogue Box.
- Now, To Access these Bookmarks.
- Navigate to “Playback “and then “Custom Bookmarks” From the Drop Down Menu.
- Click on Them and the Video Position Will Be Navigated Automatically to the Previously Saved Position.
- But Sadly, the Bookmarks Are Lost Once the Media is Closed or When the Player is Closed.
- It is Only Useful for Single Playback Session.
