How to Add Contacts in Whatsapp on an Android Phone

Preparation

1. Adding a Contact on Whatsapp Is Same as Adding a Contact on Your Phone.
2. Go to Your Phone Menu.
3. Find Contacts.
4. Tap on Contacts.
5. Tap on the Plus Icon to Add a New Contact.
6. Enter the Name of the Person, Phone Number and Email Address.
7. Tap on the “Check Mark” Icon to Save the Contact on Your Phone.
8. Now Open Whatsapp on Your Phone.
9. Make Sure You Are on the “Chats” Tab.
10. Click on the “Search” Button at the Top Right Corner of the Page.
11. Type the Name of the Person You Just Added.
12. If the Person Is Already Using the Whatsapp, You Can Find His or Her Profile.
